1. Introduction
Patent Attorney Dae-Won Joo specializes in patent and trademark dispute matters, with a focus on the chemical and design fields. His practice encompasses infringement analysis, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, invalidation trials, and scope confirmation trials. He previously served as a member of the Design Dispute Mediation Committee at the Korea Design Center, and currently serves as Legal Expert Member of the SME Technology Protection Support Team and the SME Technology Protection Legal Support Team under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. In addition to his patent attorney qualification, he also holds a Technology Transfer Specialist certification, enabling him to provide advisory services on technology transfer and commercialization as part of dispute prevention strategy.
